Get to know me

When I started KOBRA STRENGTH, the first question I asked myself was: "why is this important to me?". I realized that I am obsessed with working towards a healthier future. A future where I don't have unbearable joint pains, but I have the strength and mobility to move freely- to run, climb, play sports, do fun activities with my friends and family. I want to be old and traveling with my feet- not on crutches, with a bad back or knee pain.  The healthier I stay, the higher the chance that I can continue to positively impact people around me- thus creating a happier and more fulfilling life.

I've dedicated the past decade to learning the best ways to keep our bodies healthy both now and in the future, and I'm here to share that knowledge with you.
